Analysis and Application of theory to practice

When Early Childhood Educators are working with children with diverse needs and their families it is crucial that they provide the right kinds of support for the family and child so that the family is aware on how to help their child who is suffering from terminal issues.

Early Childhood Educators can also support a child who is suffering from terminal illness by sending that child letters from his/her peers or they can make videos for that child if the child is unable to attend school for a long period of time. This will make the child feels a sense of belonging and inclusion in the child's regular routine.
